Job Responsibilities:

  • The primary function of a Key Account Manager is new customer acquisition, build customer relationships
  • The Key Account Manager is required to maintain an active and visible role with customers, influencers, expand the business, and manage a cost-effective operation.
  • Grow Market share profitably & Work with key Stake Holders to establish HearClear India Superiority
  • Responsible for complete customer mapping. Eg: Identity stakeholder, a span of business and business potential
  • Responsible to achieve the top line and bottom-line objectives of Account
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budget which taking into consideration market potential & in line with requirements of the organization; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the Zone.
  • Monitor and provide continuous feedback on competitor’s activity to the Marketing
  • Responsible for planning for new sales promotion activities, etc. in the territory along with the marketing department
  • Responsible for KTLs Management
  • Identify market opportunities and communicate it to Senior Reporting Manager and the concerned Marketing Manager
  • Synergies with the Core Team, Service and Marketing Depts. to achieve the Organizational Objectives
  • Maintain MIS in the agreed formats for Customer Profiling / Prospecting, Must Call list updation / field reporting, Secondary sales statement and monitoring
  • Handle all customer complaints satisfactorily

Summary of Position: Accountable for customer relationships and directly driving sales in assigned region

Internal: Director, Marketing Head, Operations, Audiologist, Patient Services Team, HR etc

External: Institutions, KTLs, Doctors, Pharmacies, Chemists, Government institutions etc
